Communication Cadence Recommendations

Amtech recommends a weekly status touch with your account manager on active builds, a monthly rolling 90-day forecast, and a quarterly program review. Urgent issues should be phoned in, with a 4-business-hour escalation response target.

  • Weekly: Brief email or call with AM for active builds — status, issues, any upcoming POs
  • Monthly: Rolling 90-day forecast shared with your AM — helps Amtech plan capacity and long-lead materials
  • Quarterly: Program review — yield trends, quality metrics, upcoming design changes, cost reduction opportunities
  • Ad Hoc: Any urgent issues — call, don’t email. Amtech escalation response target is 4 business hours.
