Handling Disagreements

Disputes happen. Here is the Amtech approach to resolution:

  1. Raise the issue with your AM in writing — document the concern clearly
  2. AM engages the relevant internal team (quality, planning, engineering) within 24 hours
  3. Amtech provides written root cause assessment within 5 business days
  4. Proposed resolution presented — both parties agree or escalate to management
  5. Corrective action documented and tracked to closure
