Effective Communication Habits

  • Always reference your PO number and Amtech work order number in correspondence
  • Put design changes in writing — verbal change authorizations are not accepted
  • Send schedule changes as early as possible — rescheduling a build that has been kitted wastes material handling time
  • If you receive an NCR (Non-Conformance Report), respond within 5 business days with disposition
  • When requesting expedite, explain the business reason — it helps Amtech prioritize across customer needs

GOLDEN RULE: The earlier you communicate a problem or change, the cheaper it is for everyone. Surprises are expensive.
