Transferring a Program from Another CM

Request full build package from previous CM: traveler, process parameters, stencil data, test fixtures
Provide Amtech with yield history and known failure modes from previous CM
Plan for a formal NPI / re-qualification build even for mature designs — processes differ between CMs
Establish new baseline at Amtech before committing full production volume
