Role	Responsibilities
Account Manager (AM)	Your primary point of contact. Owns the relationship, quotes, PO management, and delivery coordination.
Production Planner	Manages scheduling, WIP status, and capacity. Contact for delivery questions.
Quality Engineer	Manages NCRs, FAI, yield data, and corrective actions.
Engineering / NPI Technician	Supports DFM reviews, first article builds, and process development.
Executive Escalation	For unresolved issues: contact your AM who will escalate to Amtech leadership.
