To support better material flow and minimize waste, we reorganized our warehouse using a chaotic placement strategy optimized for Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) management. The result: faster pulls, less aging inventory, and more responsive builds.

We’re known for our vapor phase capabilities — and now we’ve made it even more robust. To ensure continuity and provide redundancy, we added another vapor phase reflow oven. This investment strengthens our commitment to consistent, high-reliability soldering for large BGAs, ASICs, and other advanced components.

We’ve added artificial intelligence to assist in post-test diagnostics. This tool empowers our team to rapidly identify and isolate issues after test, reducing repair cycle time and increasing first-pass yield. More importantly, it upskills our workforce — enabling faster, more accurate repairs without increasing overhead. It’s a step forward in augmenting tribal knowledge with digital intelligence.
