At Amtech, we recognize that the supply chain is one of the most challenging pain points in the manufacturing process. We work with you to identify what parts you require, maintain a network of sources to obtain them and track the ongoing process so you’re never left short.
Amtech’s BOM Manager is part of our proprietary operating system, AmtechOS. It helps us and our customers to oversee component and supplier risks, and monitors parts availability, changes, and compliance and production lifecycles. It aids easy lookup of components by part number, manufacturer or attributes, promoting quick side-by-side comparisons.
Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, the parts our customers identify are simply not available. That’s where our 20+ years of PCB Assembly experience comes into play. We often are able to recommend alternate parts that are immediately available and can provide the same level of performance in the finished product.
It’s not only getting the right parts at the right time, but also at the right cost to maintain the profit margins of our customers. We work with a wide network of suppliers to make sure our customers stay profitable while getting the parts they require.

Do you provide alternates for hard-to-find or obsolete parts?
One of our strengths at Amtech is our ability to help customers reverse engineer their products to deal with any supply chain issues that may arise. Our team of designers, programmers and engineers excels at exploring a range of options to not only find alternative solutions to hard-to-find parts, but also less-expensive parts that can save you money or increase production efficiency.
Do you have capacity to scale as my projects grow?
Yes we do. Amtech is built to scale. Our entire production process was created with agility in mind. Not only can we adjust our current facility to serve the needs of our customers, but we can also quickly and easily expand to support increased quantity without sacrificing quality or efficiency. This is a reason why our customers tend to stay with us for years (and in some cases decades) as we grow together.
How do you maintain quality?
Our proprietary operating system AmtechOS was designed to ensure quality control from design to finished manufacturing. We employ both physical and automated optical inspections as part of our QC process in order to make sure we capture both what the naked eye can and cannot see. We include internal testing so that jobs are never held up waiting for outside QC, and test on an ongoing basis throughout the process so that if an issue does arise very little time is wasted before putting a solution in place.
