Next up: quality. We’ve installed a state-of-the-art batch washing system to ensure pristine cleanliness of assembled PCBs — critical for high-reliability applications in medical, industrial, and automotive sectors.
The new system improves:
- Ionic contamination control, reducing the risk of field failures
- Process traceability, with integrated monitoring and data logging
- Throughput efficiency, by handling larger loads with shorter cycle times
